A hands-on leadership experience designed to simulate how leaders think, respond, and act during uncertainty.
Ray Chou is an award-winning serial entrepreneur having founded or co-founded 18 companies over the last 29 years. 3 of them sold, the most recent being a tech company that expanded to 9 countries around the world, to a telco public listed company for a valuation of 150 million. He has been awarded a total of 86 awards across his companies and him personally receiving 6 Entrepreneurship related awards. Ray's portfolio of companies include a marketing agency, a software development, game development, restaurant chain, food import, e-commerce, property management, datacenter management, business education, food manufacturing and social media management.
Today he dedicates some of his time in sharing his experiences through business coaching and his signature academic program called LEAD, which focuses on building high-performing teams to scale companies. Ray has been invited to speak in 21 countries, spoken to more than 5000 business owners and has dedicatedly helped more than 400 companies to scale an average of 5X in a period of 3 years. His most proud achievement is helping a company scale 26X in 4 years.
He still manages 3 businesses today, while some of the businesses he remains as Board of Director or Advisor.
Ray is also a musician, regularly singing and performing with his band, the Music Mayhem, aat least 3 times a year in curated charity performances around Asia.
